The Gristmill offers guests a unique and memorable New Jersey lodging experience.

Built in 1769 by Moravian settlers, the Gristmill operated as such for over 150 years. After being abandoned for nearly 20 years, it was renovated into the wonderful inn and restaurant it is today. Each room in the Gristmill exudes old-fashioned charm and elegance. The rooms are light and airy, providing a beautiful contrast to the dark wooden beams in the ceiling. Curl up with a good book in the seating area and enjoy the breeze as it gently blows through the room.

Although the house was built in the 17th century, you won’t be living like it.
