Slow Roasted Butternut Squash

The Inn’s famous blend of rich flavors garnished with sage brown butter



French Onion

Slow braised onions, madeira & beef broth, served with seasoned crustini’s and melted swiss cheese





Mozzarella & Tomato

House-made mozzarella, farm fresh ripe tomatoes, balsamic glaze, and extra virgin olive oil



Moravian Mix Salad

Mixed baby greens with red onions, ripe tomatoes, cucumber, shaved carrots, lightly tossed in our house white balsamic dressing



Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce lightly tossed with our house made caesar dressing, fresh garlic & herb croutons topped with shaved aged parmesan cheese



Spinach and Cherry Salad

Fresh baby Spinach with red onions, dried cherries, candied walnuts, & crisp Pork belly lardons tossed in honey dijon vinaigrette

Baked Brie

Creamy brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and baked till golden, served with a raspberry compote & almond drizzle



Drunken Mussels

Steamed chilean mussels bathed in a bourbon saffron broth served with seasoned crostini’s



Seared Scallops

Served over a ginger carrot puree with tarragon oil & shaved celery




 Seared & served over red cabbage & apple slaw drizzled with an apple cinnamon glaze



Traditional Shrimp Cocktail

Jumbo Shrimp served with a zesty house made cocktail sauce and lemon wedge in a martini glass





(Served with chef’s choice of starch and vegetables)


Filet Mignon

8oz Choice cut steak served with a rich red wine demi glace



Grilled Ribeye

14oz Choice cut steak grilled to desired temperature brushed with herb butter



Rack of lamb

Pan seared new zealand lamb cooked to desired temperature, coated in an herbed crust, served with a rich red wine demi glace



Pork Chop

Grilled w/ an apple brandy glaze & served over a bed of sautéed mushrooms



Filet of Salmon

Sautéed wild caught atlantic salmon with a citrus buerre blanc



Atlantic Cod

Pan seared wild caught atlantic cod with cilantro and lime, served with a sweet and spicy Cajun glaze



Porcini and Truffle Cappellacci

Rich mushroom & ricotta filled ravioli sautéed with a garlic sage butter



Crab Cakes

Jumbo lump crab cakes served with a medium spicy red pepper churrasco sauce



Chicken Marsala

Pan seared and served with a creamy marsala sauce






A little something about the local farmers and products we love and support here at The Inn at Millrace Pond.




Our fresh herb garden grows next to the millrace house from spring to late fall providing our Chef with his choice of fresh herbs.




All of our fresh shell eggs are raised local and cage free from Drake’s Farm in Warren County.




We use the freshest picked seasonal vegetables grown locally from our neighbor farmers at Tranquility Farm in Allamuchy, NJ.




Just across the Delaware, in Pennsylvania, Glenview Dairy provides us with all of our milk, butter, and dairy products.




All of our seafood is sustainable and follows the recommendations of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Guide.




Our honey comes locally from Harvey’s Honey Farm located in Monroeville, NJ.




During the holiday season we use only fresh turkey from Ashley Farms in Flanders, NJ.
